At Eye Site we respect the relationship you have built with your patients. Thus, when you refer a patient to our office we will only treat binocular or visual processing disorder. Patients will be sent back to your office for annual eye health exams, refraction, and spectacle or contact lens purchases. We will strive to keep you informed about patient progress by sending regular reports documenting the progress being made by your patient.
